If your painting arrives damaged, or you want to exchange it for any other reason, what should you do?

This is very unlikely to happen. However, if you notice a defect upon receiving the product, follow the steps below:

Check the Packaging
Â
Check if the packaging arrived damaged and take a photo of the packaging and the damaged product.

Keep the Original Packaging
Â
You must keep the product in its original box.
Â
Send an Email
Â
Send an email to [email protected] within 5 (five) calendar days of receiving the product, stating the reason for the exchange or return and attaching photos of the damaged product.

Exchange or Return Procedure
Â
Request: Request an exchange or return exclusively by email ([email protected]), stating the reason and attaching photos of the product. Notification must be made within 5 (five) calendar days of receipt.

Instructions: After initial contact, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return through the reverse logistics process with the carrier, free of charge and hassle.

First Shipment
Â
Only the first shipment (from customer to Bazzan), whether for exchange or return, is covered by Bazzan. You have up to 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt to send us the product. Reshipping the exchanged product (from Bazzan to the customer) is also at our expense.

Delivery Address
Â
Make sure the registered delivery address is correct and free of typos. If the customer provides incorrect delivery information, such as incorrect street, neighborhood, number, zip code, address, or recipient's name, the product will be automatically returned to Bazzan.

Delivery Attempts
Â
After two delivery attempts where the recipient is absent or in locations where home delivery is restricted, the product will be available at the nearest shipping location for four (4) calendar days.

Product Pickup

If the product is not picked up within the aforementioned timeframe, it will automatically be returned to us. If the customer requests a reshipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product.
